Our clients rely on us to develop creative promotional ideas for their corporate events as well as charitable events and giveaways. Over the years Present Company has grown into a full service branding solutions company, that encompasses a range of cost effective marketing solutions- we partner with our clients to develop a comprehensive promotional marketing plan. Our intention is to be a specialized marketing arm for our clients companies. Our services also included web design and graphic art through our affiliate Source One Marketing.

After many years in the world of ladies fashion I was "made an offer I couldn't refuse" to start a corporate gift division for the prestigious retail store LaVake Jewelers located on Nassau Street in Princeton, NJ. My corporate customer base was large corporations requiring high-end merchandise. After eight successful years in corporate business, I took an opportunity to move into the promotional products end of the business. Within three years I decided to form my own entity and Present Company was born.

Present Company has enjoyed loyal customers, along with an excellent reputation as an innovative, creative and customer-oriented company. From 1993-2007 Present Company grew in both sales and employees. I found you will be successful when doing something you truly enjoy and love. In 2007 I welcomed Copley Szostak as my business partner and the new President & Owner of Present Company. As a result of our partnership, I have confidence that the business I have carefully built will flourish and grow long into the future.

Hi, I am Copley Szostak, President and owner of Present Company. Over the last 25 years my experience has encompassed many forms of outside sales and customer service. When the opportunity arose to partner with Source One Personnel in purchasing Present Company I knew it was the right fit for me.

I am very proud to say that we have retained all of the staff and salespeople whom all have done a superior job over the last 15 years. We have also made additions to our sales staff and operations department, together we all look forward to sharing our new ideas with you, our customers.



Melissa Nini
Event Planning Specialist Melissa Nini is the newest member of the Present Company team. With more than 5 years experience in the Event & Hospitality Industry, Melissa has coordinated a wide range of events including financial seminars, wine tasting events, dinner socials, golf outings, & educational workshops.

Melissa is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Business Degree & Concentration in Hospitality & Tourism.

Prior to joining Present Company and co-founding PC Events, Melissa has also worked for well-known brands in the Hospitality & Event Industry including Walt Disney World, AAA Travel, and the Hyatt Brand.



Valerie Glantschnig
After sixteen years in the retail and wholesale fashion industry, I branched out and began working in the corporate giftware market nineteen years ago - first with LaVake Jewelers, then with J. E. Caldwell & Company Jewelers. I am proud to be joining the Present Company organization. I look forward to working for yet another company that puts a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction first. The ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of our clients is what fosters a great sense of loyalty. I'm Present Company's Operations Manager and I've been a member of the Present Company team since 2004. I'm happy to have brought my 20+ years of business administration and human resources experience to Present Company.

I monitor and fine-tune our internal processes and workflow, as well as oversee our infrastructure and technology, in order to best meet our clients' needs.
